Wholesale Distribution Software
In today’s competitive business world, too many businesses are handcuffed by a computer system they can not fully utilize and is very difficult to use. Most computer software have the same basic features. However, what Enterprise Systems considers standard features, other software vendors consider ‘Add-On’ modules that can be purchased separately. When Enterprise Systems installs its software, it installs all of the software. For example, other computer software companies consider ‘Bar Coding’ as a separate module. However, to work correctly, bar coding must be fully integrated into all of the modules. It is not a feature that can lay over the remaining programs and work to its fullest capabilities.
Enterprise Systems Wholesale Distribution software includes all of the software modules for inventory control, sales orders, purchase orders, accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger. Data Conversions / Software Support Services
Many companies have been left to fend for themselves because their existing software service provider is no longer in business, or can not / will not provide continuing support. Enterprise Systems can provide on-going software support and program modifications to existing Contel / Versyss computer systems. If your company is satisfied with its current software, ESI can handle the on-going support issues that may arise. When the system needs changes, ESI can make these enhancements. - Prints the UPS shipping label, conforming to all of the latest UPS requirements; including the 2D bar code (Maxicode) and tracking number.
- Prints customer information, such as order number, customer number, purchase order number, invoice number, etc. on the lower portion of the label.
- The PLD file is created each day from the shipments processed. A label is created for your UPS driver to scan. This eliminates the need to print out a manifest.
- Supports all UPS domestic shipping methods. Example: Ground, next day air, 3 day select, Saturday delivery and early morning delivery.
- EAS UPS is able use the optional features that UPS allows, such as e-mail notification, fax notification, and on-line tracking of package information via the internet.
- Shipment information (such as name, address, service type, etc.) is passed to the UPS system from the host system. Thus eliminating the need to re-enter any information at the shipping station. EAS UPS then calculates the UPS tracking number and shipping charges, which can be returned to the host system and shown on sales orders and invoices.
- At the end of the day, the manifest upload file is created. This file is then transferred via the Internet to the UPS web site for processing.
- Integrates to inventory records to control special shipping requirements, such as preventing shipment of hazardous materials via air.
- Integrates to sales order information for special billing arrangements. Example: Any order worth more than $200 ships freight prepaid.
- Call Tags and C.O.D.’s are done within EAS UPS, eliminating the need to print or manually write call tags and C.O.D. labels.
- Supports multiple UPS accounts and can be used on a WAN via virtual private networking.
- Interfaces to all common scales and label printers, including dimensional scanners.
- Increase productivity by automating the shipping process.
- Improve accuracy of addresses by using the host system’s database, using the actual shipping address and instructions from the sales order system.

UPS / Federal Express Shipping Systems
Enterprise Systems’ UPS Shipping System is designed to print UPS shipping labels and generate a Package Level Detail (PLD) file for all types of domestic shipments. It is the first UNIX based multi-user system capable of being fully integrated with any Unix or DOS system. ESI can also interface with Federal Express, and create the Fed Ex labels and manifest. The tracking numbers are stored with and printed on the customer’s invoice for easy reference and future tracking.

Enterprise Systems Credit Card System Is Now PCI Compliant
Enterprise Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce that the ESI Credit Card System has now been verified by the PCI Security Standards Council as being PCI Compliant with their guidelines. ESI is among a very select group of companies that can securely process credit card transactions on a Unix platform. Our software has been designed to function as either a stand-alone package, in conjunction with the Enterprise Systems Accounting Software, or as a third party application that other software can call and use. The Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards Council ensures that all credit card and account information stays secure.
